I have led and executed sophisticated financings and commercial transactions across energy, infrastructure, trade, technology, and real estate sectors. My experience includes managing contract and security documentation portfolios in millions cross-border energy transactions, advising on high profile syndicated infrastructure projects, and supporting export and trade transactions. These matters were consistently delivered with zero liability outcomes, early completion, and measurable cost savings.

In addition to transactional work, I bring strong governance and regulatory insight developed through senior in-house leadership and public-sector advisory roles. I have advised boards and senior executives on compliance, enterprise risk, policy development, and regulatory strategy, including legislative and executive-level briefing work within the Canadian public service.

Outside of my legal practice, I am a wife and a mother.  In addition to my family life, I am active Community Leader and Youth coach as well as a civil officiant.
